Shipping Policy:
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Lebanon. Please refer to the table below for our delivery prices based on the location:

Please note that the delivery prices mentioned above are applicable per order.
Returns Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please take note of the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Products eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- We do not facilitate exchanges during clearance sales.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- During the final clearance exchange and refund are not allowed. We will do our best to helping you pick the right outfit and size for you.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rom.beirut@gmail.com or via DM on Instagram, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on the return process.
